Always in search of a new challenge (and sometimes dropping old challenges when something newer and shinier comes along), I am going to attempt a 2 week crunch challenge. 100 crunches of any variation every day for two weeks. Just finished Day 1 with some crunch variations that we used to do in color guard in high school and the crunches weren’t as awful as I remember them, which is weird because I was definitely in better shape back then.
20 standard crunches
10 with legs straight up
10 with legs up in a “v”
20 alternating elbows to opposite knees
20 side crunches (10 each side)
20 bicycle crunches
I’m also going to start the squat challenge over again. It went great for about a week and then I got distracted.
