Juneathon Day 3: dumbbell workouts

Just a quick blog today as I realize that this blogging every day thing might get tiresome to read, so we’ll keep it light – sort of like my workout! My legs are so sore from my run yesterday that it was difficult to walk around the office today. Legs hurting? Switch to upper body workouts! My personal trainer (AKA the husband) coached me through a dumbbell circuit. I’m looking forward to gaining some actual upper body strength this summer. The workout was semi-hard. I did two circuits instead of the recommended three, but to be honest, it was getting hard enough that my form started to falter and I wanted to give my muscles a challenge without sweating too much today.
