I’ve been running and walking a lot lately. I probably ran more this week than I did in the entire month of January. Maybe I’ve been too aggressive with my mileage, but I feel pretty comfortable. If it was too much, I would take time off. I felt sick Thursday and Friday so I didn’t do anything. Ran/walked today, 1.5 miles. I think I’m at 6 miles for the week. Not bad!
Sort of in a rush, I have to now shower and get ready to go to the city with my husband for a show!
